Jackson County held the 2012 System Spelling Bee on Friday, February 3rd at Jackson County Comprehensive High School Auditorium. Congratulations to Rachel Anderson (winner) and Harris Collier (alternate). Rachel will compete in the District Spelling Bee on February 25th at North Gwinnett High Theater in Suwanee.

The 2011 EJCHS Aerie Yearbook has been awarded 2nd Place in the American
Scholastic Press Association Yearbook Contest in College Point, New York. The
publication was judged on content presentation, general page design, general
photography, publication structure and creativity.
