1. Q. I have a computer related problem. How can I requst help?
A. Log on to http://login.bigwebapps.com . Use your email address as your userID and your bigwebapps password (not your email password!). If the problem is urgent, go to our support contacts web page and call or email directly a tech person at your school and then enter a bigweapps ticket.
2. Q. I went to bigwebapps web site but I don't have user ID and password for it or I can't log in.
A. Go to our support contacts web page and let a technology support know that you need user name and password for bigwebapps.
3. Q. I entered new bigwebapps ticket a while ago but no one fixed the problem yet.
A. Go back to bigwebapps web site and check the status of your ticket. If the ticket is closed but you still have the same problem, reopen the ticket. If the ticket is not closed then check whether or not the tech person is requesting more information from you. If not, you may have to wait until she/he takes care of older tickets or tickets with higher priority than yours. If your problem has to be solved quickly, call the technology support directly and tell them about it.
