Student Acheivement and School Improvement Committee

WJMS is currently seeking individuals who would like to assist in matters relating to student achievement and school improvement at WJMS.

The committee will meet a minimum of 6 times during the school year. An exact time has not been set for the meetings. The meetings can be held either early in the morning or in the evenings depending on the committee members.

Report Card Pickup

Parents/guardians, final reports card can be picked up at WJMS after May 27th. You may also elect to have the report card mailed home if your student brings in:

1) $1.25

6th and 7th Grade Awards Day

The times for 6th and 7th Grade Awards have been changed to 10:30 AM on Monday May 20th and Tuesday May 21st, respectively.

Lunch Charges

Parents and students, we desperately need your help. We will not longer be able to accept any charges for food for the remainder of the year. Breakfast will not be served to children who have a balance and a cold cheese sandwich and milk will be served at lunch.

At the end of the year any amounts owed to the cafeteria must be paid directly from the WJMS general fund and there simply are no funds available to pay these balances.

Please help us get our food service accounts brought current.

Report Card Grades

Teachers are in the process of posting grades and these grades will "appear" as final averages. These averages may change as final exams are posted. It is necessary for us to "post final averages" now to assist us with determining end of the year awards.
